RETURNS & REFUNDS


What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To obtain a refund please contact our Customer Service team on info@fueldhydration.com. Your order must be sent back to us within 21 days of delivery to be assessed by our Customer Service team. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us. 
We do not offer a change-of-mind policy so please be wary when ordering.

In order for us to process your refund with no delays, we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:

  • We only accept returns to us within 21 days after an order has been delivered to you. 
  • The item(s) must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging still attached. The item(s) must be returned in the same way as when you received it. 
    • Please note if the bladder has been used or the plastic seals have been removed, the retail price of the bladder will be deducted from the refund. 
  • The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that your order is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. 
  • We do not charge a restocking or refund handling fees. 

Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?

We will refund the complete cost of the item(s) in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs. 

Can I exchange an item? 

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. 

I received a wrong item. What do I do?

If you received the wrong item we will cover the cost of shipping to return the item to us and of the replacement item. 

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
